Calories Per Serving

My friend, Darcie came over this morning and we started talking about Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake and all of its awesome, fatty, glory. For fun we decided to actually figure out how many calories there actually are per serving by adding up the calories of each of the ingredients.

This is what we came up with:

Cake
Cake Mix: 2040 (yes, calories.)
1 Egg: 70
Butter: 800

Filling
Pumpkin: 140
Sugar: 1800
3 Eggs: 210
Cream Cheese: 800
Butter: 800

This gives us a GRAND TOTAL of 6660 calories for the entire cake.
If you serve 12 people its
555 calories PER SLICE!
If you serve 15 people, its “only” 444 calories. That’s a whole lotta goodness!
If you eat the entire cake…well you should probably check yourself into therapy because you’ve got some serious issues.

Tagged Again? Yes!

Ok HolleeAnn, here are my 7 (new) random things:

I am “thrifty”. Cheap, if you ask one of my siblings. I just really hate spending money on disposable luxuries….like cable (we have bunny ears), nails, babysitters ($6 an hour to sit at my house while my kids are sleeping? What a waste, I’d rather swap and pay nothing), electricity (yes, seriously. I am that cheap. It’s like a sickness or something….but I just LOVE seeing a super low electric bill) or internet (hence the long breaks between posts). Don’t get me wrong, there ARE things I will spend good money on…I’m just careful how I spend it. Which I guess leads to…
I LOVE to pay bills. About a year after we were married I started a “bill binder” to keep track of our income and all the bills we pay. I had a couple of jobs at the time, and from one of them I took home tips each night. But too often, I would spend the tip money on Taco Bell on the way home and it would never be accounted for when I paid tithing or did our taxes….so I started writing down what shifts I worked and the tips I made when I got home from work each day. THEN I realized what shifts brought in more tips, and asked to work those hours. After I quit that job, I still used the binder to write down all the bills I paid so I could see where our money went, and I still use the same system today. It seems tedious to some, but I LOVE it. AND I LOVE that I can look back and see how much I have spent on water, electricity, car, cell phones, etc. for the past 6 years.

I have heightened senses. No, not anything supernatural…I’m not a superhero or anything…but I probably could be if having an extremely strong sense of smell could fight crime. I also can’t stand when the T.V. is too loud. It physically hurts me in a way I can’t describe. Even my skin is sensitive. Being touched by someone else can be the most warm, wonderful feeling, or their hand can burn a hole in my shirt. I love to be hugged and touched and snuggled by people I know and love…But if you are a stranger, I will have no problem letting you know that and you are standing too close to me…especially if you should have stopped at just 2 sprays with the Lysol when you left the bathroom and the 3rd spray followed you out. Ew.

Christmas at my parent’s house is awesome. There is no other way to describe it. It’s not the presents or anything; just something about our silly traditions that makes it THE BEST. Unfortunately, since I was spoiled for 18 years having such a fabulous example of how Christmas should be…Christmas any other way just can’t compete. Ironic, but somehow having the best Christmas ever for 18 years straight has ruined every future Christmas away from my parents house because it just isn’t the same.

I used to be a people fixer. I would (subconsciously) attach myself to emotionally toxic people and then attempt to “fix” them and solve all their problems. I didn’t realize what a bad habit this is until about 2 years ago when I attached myself to another “fixer”… and then I became the project for her! Not only did she “not fix” whatever she thought was wrong with me, but she “kept me broken” by always letting me know what I was no good at. It got to the point that I was constantly apologizing for something ridiculous every time we spoke. I’ve never felt soooo terrible about myself as a Mother, a Wife, a Friend, a Mormon, or a Woman, as I did when I was friends with her. It emotionally paralyzed me and took forever for me to realize why I felt that way.

Luckily, this has been a learning experience for me. I never want to be the cause of someone else feeling this way. I have moved on from said friend, recovered (mostly), and am determined to no longer be a “fixer” for anyone ever again!

If I had daily access to a Super Nintendo, I would do NOTHING with my life. Yoshie pretty much got me through 7th grade. I had no idea that a Nintendo addiction could stay with me FOR-EV-ER. I hadn’t picked up a Nintendo, XBOX, Play Station or any other video game in YEARS. Then we got Tetris World from Kasey, and Aaron asked me if I wanted to play it with him. He played for 5 minutes. I played until I was so tired that my eyes blurred all the little tetrads into the same shape and I had to stop. After that night, I packed up the Tetris game…outta sight outta mind, right? WRONG! They brought over Guitar Hero. Just in case you are living in ignorance, as I was until recently, let me fill you in. GUITAR HERO IS AWESOME. I am not so awesome at Guitar Hero…in fact my little rocker chick got booed off the stage the first 2 times I tried to play. But then I got the hang of it, and we spent 3 hours rockin’ out with Jimmie and Kasey this weekend. Such a simple, laid back evening, but it was the most fun we’ve had in a long time. I liked Guitar Hero so much that we sent it back home with her because I would neglect my children if I had access to it during the day. I can’t wait for Rock Band!

I am a good cook. I didn’t use to be. I can actually think of a couple meals we abandoned after 1 bite when we were first married. Aaron was always a good sport and would say something “subtle” like, “thanks for dinner, Honey...you should make that again next time I’m out of town”. Thank goodness marriage comes with a learning curve. His favorite dinner is actually called Burned Chicken because the first time I made it, I burned it. It was the first meal I ever cooked for him so he ate it anyway. He actually liked it though and requests it often…non-burned of course. I’ve come a long way, and I’m a really good cook now. But there are benefits to having a non-cook reputation. I still rarely get asked to cook anything at family get-togethers. This is also probably because I don’t have a “signature dish” that everyone can’t wait to have, like Ashley’s yummy Costa Vida Pork or chocolate cheesecake, John’s salsa, Julia’s cilantro lime chicken and homemade guacamole (my favorite, yum!), Kristie’s cheesecake brownies, or Amy’s Chicken Tortellini Soup. taking a break from the kitchen and I am totally contenteating everyone else’s good food. But I AM a good cook.

Wow, it was harder than I thought to come up with 7 more random things. Good thing I like to talk about myself. Kudos if you actually read all of that (I have GOT to get a new camera so my posts won’t be so boring). I tag Paul, Janae, Nicki, Caity, Keith and Arianne, Elden and Gretchen, and Amy. Go!

Burning Bush?

SO yesterday we decided to get some yard work done because it was so beautiful outside. (80 degrees at the end of October!) Anyway, I tore up a long patch of grass along our walkway and am hoping to get some bulbs or something planted there this week before it gets cold. While I was doing that, Quincy ate grass and Reese dug around in the dirt looking for "ladybugs" (bright green and orange grubs that the dirt beneath our lawn is totally infested with). Aaron decided it would be a good time to break in the chainsaw he bought from his friend this spring.

Now, earlier in the day he had borrowed one of those long tree saw-on-a-pole things from our neighbor and cut down two branches that were hitting our roof. I was impressed because the branches were like 20 feet in the air and pretty large so it was quite an ordeal for him to cut them down. Plus he saved us $60, which was the estimate I had gotten for their removal by a local tree trimming service.

I suggested that Aaron use his chainsaw to cut up the larger portions of the branch and put them in our firewood pile (we were able to heat the house with our wood burning stove for most of last winter and it saved us a TON on our electric bill, so we plan on doing that again this year)....which is WHY Aaron bought the chainsaw in the first place. He wants to cut up firewood in all the spare time he never has...on the days off he never has. It's really a brilliant plan.)
Anyway, does he cut up the 2 enormous branches that are now sprawled across our (and our new neighbor's) backyards? Nope. He takes the chainsaw to the ugly bush by the front door.

Now remember, our house was once owned by a thousand year old lady named Dorothy before we bought it, and all of the lovely 1970's decorating was, I'm sure, hand selected by her. I frequently joke about the house being haunted by Dorothy's spirit. With all of my remodeling, by now her spirit has got to be pretty dang upset with us for disturbing her beautiful Brady Bunch inspired interiors. Apparently the ugly bush by our front door was also a favorite of Dorothy's because her spirit was REALLY angry to see it go.

Again, I really wish my camera wasn't broken because i would LOVE to provide the world with visuals of yesterday's events...my commentary just doesn't do it justice.

Aaron had been watching a football game in the moments before he was inspired to get rid of the Dorothy bush, and in his excitement to play with the new chainsaw, he forgot to put shoes on. This wouldn't have mattered had he listened to me when I warned him that the ugly bush was FULL OF STICKERS! Aaron was about halfway through the trunk when he realized what was happening...

Remember in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets when Harry stabs Tom Riddles Journal with the Basilisk fang and the journal like...dies and bleeds everywhere? I swear the ugly bush did the same thing!
Dorothy left Horcruxes in my house!
The inside of the ugly bush is this wicked fluorescent yellow color and it
spewed tiny yellow stickers-of-death all over the porch and into Aaron's exposed hands and feet as he carved it out of the ground.

He is still limping today and I'm pretty sure there are still a few stickers left in his big toe. If you ask him about the incident he will only tell you that "the ugly bush from our front yard is the state plant in HELL".

And thus ended the great "Gather Your Own Firewood Experiment".

The Ants Go Marching One By One....

Quincy ate an ant. We were at the Zebley's with some friends having a fire in their backyard, and an ant (not just ANY ant, an ARKANSAS ant, meaning it's almost 1/2 an inch long and crunches when you step on it.) was crawling across the pavement. Quincy spotted it, went into tracking mode, and crawled after it, picked it up with her superhuman pincer grasp and ate it. We all looked at each other like, did she just eat that ant? There's no way she caught it, it all happened so fast....so i went over to her, picked her up and looked in her mouth. She smiled her big baby-toothy smile, and stuck right between the David Letterman gap in her new front teeth was a giant ant wiggling around. Not only did she eat it....she forked it between her huge (and very sharp) baby teeth! That can't have been an easy task. Ants are fast. My baby has skills.

High School Reunion

I recently had a friend go to her High School Reunion. She was obsessed about it every time I talked to her. She wanted to look fabulous and appear to have a fabulous life and a fabulous family and make sure everyone knows she is doing fabulous. All I can think about is that she really IS a fabulous person...so why care what everyone else that you knew 10 years ago thinks? Maybe High School was a bad experience for her or something and she feels she has something to prove? I dunno... are those people really worth all the fuss if you haven't bothered to stay in touch anyway? I think that no matter WHAT you were like in High School, people have got to assume you've changed a little, so why build yourself up when YOU KNOW you're already great?

It reminds me of my trip to NYC see my friend, Janelle (holla!) last summer when she got married. It was a mini reunion of several high school friends, and even though I can honestly say i HATE NYC (no offense to anyone who lives there, of course...it just wasn't for me) I got a chance to see many of the people that I would have wanted to see again (that i don't see otherwise). I was pregnant fat and my face was broken out and my friend and I had been on planes and trains and stinky cabs and REALLY stinky streets and we got stuck in the rain twice on the way to the wedding and our feet had blisters and were bleeding and we were so wet we had to RING OUT our clothes and hair on the way into the chapel...and it was A zillion degrees outside so on top of being soaked, it was all sticky and humid and muggy outside. But it DIDN'T matter, because NO ONE CARED, because they were my friends. We got to visit and catch up and laugh and i'm sure NOT ONE of them thought, "wow, she's really let herself go" (well...maybe I'm wrong...I did look pretty terrible, but seriously, who cares?) Isn't the point of keeping in touch with long-time friends that you can pick up where you left off and no one feels the need to judge each other? After talking with my friend, I'm not really sure if i'll even go to my reunion when it comes up.It really took over her life for awhile. Is it just going to be a bunch of Romy and Michelle's trying to prove how wonderful their life is now? Maybe life IS wonderful for them, and that is really great, but if it's not, that's ok too, it doesn't mean I still don't want to see them and swap pictures.
What are everyone's thoughts on this? Are High School Reunions worth it? Or is it just a chance to see who dropped out of college, who's fat, who's knocked up, who's successful, who's bald, who moved to central america and who's gay? Did any of you go to your reunions?

Water Bill Drama

So apparently the village of Bella Vista has been "misreading" our water meters for an extended length of time. Rest assured, they are "doing their best" to correct the problem..no no-I'd much rather you DON'T fix the problem. There was a story in the paper about someone getting a back-dated water bill that they had adjusted to the correct meter reading. The bill was for a THOUSAND DOLLARS. For real? Yes! Luckily, we've only been in this house about 2 years, so there can't be that much of a difference to pay, but seriously WHO wants to pay $1000 for water? If I'd know this I would be taking MUCH shorter showers, and I probably wouldn't go pee so much...I'd probably even consider getting one of those LO-FLOW shower heads (ever see that Seinfeld episode? My hair looks like that anyway, so i wouldn't mind so much) Is it even legal for the water company to do this? Shouldn't it be their mistake? What if they've been misreading the meters for 5 years? Are they going to bill at the rate water was 5 years ago, or the rate it is right now? How can they prove when all the extra water was used? My friend had hers adjusted last month and it was double what it should be, but is supposed to return to around the same (give or take $10) next month. My bill was the same it always is, so they apparently haven't made the adjustment and it will show up on my statement next month. Stay tuned for my water bill report, it should arrive in about 2 weeks.

Cookie Factory!

So the past few nights after my kids have gone to bed and before they woke up puking, this is what I have been up to! My friend Nicki came over to provide emotional relief from the infirmary I've been running, and rather than post about it myself, I'll send you to her blog...because, well i am tired and she's already done the work of posting the super cute pics...and also because I'm learning that if i actually go to bed before midnight, I am not too tired to hold a sick baby from 1-5am. Check it out....aren't they the cutest? Bet you wish I was your visiting teacher! By the way, those are my hands and that's my kitchen (and my new oven ...yay!) in the pics...so why write my own post?

If you believe in ToyLand...

Well i was GOING to post super cute pics of my girls and the Kircher kids (I watched them while their mom went to the temple today) at Toyland, but my camera isn't working now! Yesterday as we were leaving toyland Quincy threw up (seriously, again) all over me and the camera! My friend, Emily was awesome and wiped it down while I cleaned the baby up and took my sweater off...but i have a feeling that the puke killed my camera! Luckily she waited to be sick until after we'd seen Barbie, Sleeping Beauty, Dora (again she was terrified of Dora) and she'd already had a chance to play with all the toys and get all the free stuff. (yay! free stuff!)

I'll post the pics (along with my commentary on the excitement of the day at Toyland with 5 kids) as soon as I figure out how to fix my camera! Is there a De-Vomit feature on digital cameras? There should be...there should be a de-vomit feature on most things I own these days! LOL!

Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake

Forget pumpkin pie this year folks. About 5 years ago my sister stumbled upon this Paula Deen recipe that will change the holiday season in your house FOREVER. This recipe is not for the faint of heart OR the diabetic. My sister also posted the recipe on her blog (thank you thank you thank you Hollee Ann for bringing Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake into my life) along with a photo of the finished result in all it's fatty goodness. Sheena, your friends and family are about to LOVE me for posting this because you seriously won't be able to resist making it for all of them. I plan on adding 1 single grain of sugar to the recipe, and then i'm going to screw Paula Deen over, call this my own recipe and enter it in my ward chili cook off on Halloween, where IT WILL WIN-and by a landslide...because it is not chili, it's Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake and who cares about dinner when there is dessert! Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum! By the way, if you are in my ward and reading this i swear i will cut you if you steal this recipe for the cook off...that golden spoon is so mine this year :o) Happy Baking everyone! And once again thank you Hollee Ann and Paula Deen for making the world a better place with this recipe.

Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake:
Cake:
1 (18 1/4-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 egg
8 tablespoons butter, melted (yep, the entire stick of butter, all 800 calories)

Filling:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened (another 800 calories baby!)
1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 tablespoons butter, melted (again? YES!! can't you SEE how good this cake is?!)
1 (16-ounce) box powdered sugar (seriously. the whole box.)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine the cake mix, egg, and butter and mix well with an electric mixer. Pat the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 13 by 9-inch baking pan.

To make the filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla, and butter, and beat together. Next, add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and mix well. Spread pumpkin mixture over cake batter and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Make sure not to over bake as the center should be a little gooey.

Nutritional Information: 1 serving = the entire gooey cake.
Calories per serving: more than you will work of in an entire year until next thanksgiving comes and it's time to make another Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake.

I have only eaten 1 other thing in my life with the word Gooey in the title...and those were Annie Grover's chocolate caramel Ooey Gooeys. I would not have survived High School Seminary without them. I will do my best to dig that recipe up for you folks also, but Annie might be taking it to the grave with her as it truly is a bit of heaven in itself.

Race For The Cure

Hooray! It's breast cancer awareness season. That is so awesome, but do you ever just have a moment where you just feel bad for all the other cancers out there? I mean, Breast Cancer gets all this publicity...but what about the guy with tongue cancer? Or elbow cancer...Is there such a thing? Let's see, I DON'T KNOW because elbows aren't as hot as boobs so no one wants to run a 5K to save them. what's that all about?

Vomit Pants

When Quincy woke up today she JUST WOULDN'T STOP crying. I didn't know what was wrong with her, but she was fine as long as I was holding her or feeding her. So from about 3-5 I just kept giving her food, and she kept eating it, but she would scream every time her tray was empty!
Finally I picked her up and carried her around for awhile, but she started crying uncontrollably. I couldn't even attempt to put her down without sending her into a total meltdown. Finally I realized my bladder was about to burst and that I was just going to HAVE to set her down so I could go to the bathroom, so I handed her a toy to distract her, put her on the floor, and hurried down the hall to go to the bathroom. In an attempt to be efficient, I was unbuttoning my pants as I went so I could go and get back to my screaming child as quickly as possible. But about halfway down the hall she was simply hysterical and I just couldn't take it anymore. So I put my desperate need to go pee on the back burner and went back to try and calm Quincy down. As I bent down to pick her up she THREW UP ALL OVER ME. I'm talking MASSIVE amounts. It just kept coming and coming and coming! I watched her throw up all the 9 million things i had been feeding her for the past 2 hours along with everything she'd eaten in the past 24 hours. It was horrible. But the real horror came when I tried to walk over to the kitchen sink and my ankles squished....and my knees squished...and my thighs squished...and my butt squished. That would be because in my honorable attempt to rush to my baby's aid, I'd left my pants pulled partway down and she had PUKED IN THEM! All i could do was hold her close, laugh at the situation, snap this picture of us all thrown-up-on, and head back to the bathroom to get her in the tub!

I spared you the shot of the vomit pants, because well...it doesn't look like vomit and I know there are people out there that don't actually read the post and only look at the pictures, and I don't want to be mistaken as a poopie mom.

THEN, Reese came in, full of concern for her baby sister, "mommy mommy, Quincy throwed up? Why did she do that? Thats just so yucky mommy. She needs medicine now mommy, get her all better, ok? Hey (sniff sniff) Hey I smell something. (sniff) I...I...I smell... something yucky..." She took one good look at me, covered in vomit, gagged and

ROUND 2!

Reese donated a couple of good sympathy vomits... all over my hair and down the backside of my shirt. She then joined Quincy in the tub for clean up and complained that "Quincy has stinky Frow-up and she needs to stop making those yucky frow-ups on the carpet"

ROUND 3 happened in the tub luckily, so there wasn't much clean-up, but i felt so bad for Q because she just wanted to be held. She got her way though, because i WAS holding her (and wearing clean clothes) for ROUND 4... and ROUND 6. Here's a shot from ROUND 5, which wasn't so bad at all, except she kept crawling around and was mad when i tried to move her off the carpet. ROUND 7 was back in the tub, and ROUND 8 was on the bathroom floor.

The past 4 hours of my life could replace any horror film out there. I didn't even bother to wash the onesie she was wearing for ROUND 5. It went straight to my outside garbage can.

The real dilemma is that Quincy will probably be feeling fine tomorrow. However, MY recovery will probably take a couple of days....minimum. I bet Aaron now is thrilled he's leaving town on Thursday!

Aaron was so great when he got home...he helped as much as he could, and cleaned up the dinner mess and put the girls to bed as I cleaned up all the puke piles, started a load of laundry, took a quick shower, and headed off to the church for Young Women. (where we made gratitude journals of all things) I feel like I need some kind of medal or trophy for surviving the afternoon. Instead I have "vomit pants" and stinky hair. I can't get the smell out, and I'm seriously considering a haircut.

All terrible things aside, REESE WAS AN ANGEL TODAY! Horray! I think she is finally coming out of the yucky stage she's been in for awhile. Her behavior has slowly been improving since my parents got here, but today we made it through the entire day without a single fit, tantrum, time-out, or sister-abuse. We had sympathy vomit, but aside from that, she really did great, I'm really proud of her. Now I have something to write about in my gratitude journal. AND I have an excuse to buy some new jeans...because it will be a miracle if the peach-yogurt-pears-peas-crackers-corn-sweet potatoes-formula-toast-noodle-chicken-black beans-carrot-puke stain ever comes out.

Pretty Girls at the Pumpkin Patch!

We met Aaron for lunch at a little pumpkin patch down on the town square in Bentonville. They had such a fun time climbing over rows and rows of pumpkins looking for the perfect one. Just my luck, the owners were out for a lunch break so there was no one there to actually BUY the pumpkins from....so we left without taking one. It was kind of nice, actually...because the pumpkins were ridiculously over priced, so I got all the pictures I wanted, the girls had a great time, and now I can go pick one up at Walmart for 3 bucks instead of THIRTEEN like this place was charging. At this point, Reese doesn't know that you are supposed to take a pumpkin home with you...which is kind of like when my mom and dad used to tell me the ice cream truck was "the music truck" and that we were supposed to just wave when he drove by to thank him for his service. Anyway, Reese and Quincy just loved every minute of it. Enjoy the pics!

It's not as easy as you might think to get a picture of them both looking at you at the same time. I would say, "Reese! Look at me!" and Quincy would look at her...so then i would say, "Quincy! Look at me!" and Reese would look at Quincy to make sure she was looking at the camera. This was the result.
Like her mother, Quincy is content as long as she has something to eat. She decided to try out the hillbilly art of chewing on a piece of straw. I think it suits her well.

Wow, all that walking is exhausting! She just looks so tired, doesn't she? Good thing she got that little power rest in, so she would have enough energy later to do 10 laps around the house in only underwear and high heels in an attempt to escape nap time. Didn't work though...
Give up Reese, Mommy ALWAYS wins the nap time game.

Look at those cute little toofies!

Quin is just starting to cruise along the furniture at home ...so this was perfect for her to get all the climbing she could ask for!

I found a ladybug crawling around on this little gourd...which Reese thought was very cool...until it flew onto her shirt and freaked her out. Sissy.

This one seems more like your size, Daddy!

They loved the challenge of climbing through the obstacle course of pumpkins!

What's that all about? Reese must have been practicing some of her sweet dance
moves...or she was about to fall flat on her face.

Reese found a "baby pumpkin" for baby Quincy (who is starting to not look like a baby anymore! where has the time gone?!)

Glenda The Good Witch at Sams Club

I just LOVE having 2 little girls. I don't even think I would know what to do with a son. Do little boys wear Glenda-the-Good-Witch dresses to Sam's Club? Reese does, complete with green metallic high heels, 3 bead necklaces, a heart bracelet pink wings and glittered sunglasses. Her "purse" (a ziplock sandwich baggie) was stocked with a my little pony, a maribu trimmed Dora pen, a plasic farm animal set and 2 extra necklaces, you know...just in case) They are so much fun. I loved it when Reese dressed Quincy up too, and told her, "Ok Quin, you can be the baby. I'm the Mommy Pirate. Ahoy! Go to time out baby!"

There's just something about the Snow White outfit that makes her look a little bit more naughty, isn't there?

Luckily, Cinderella seems to have herself completely under control.

Reese loves having her very own giant baby doll to wrestle down and put a tutu on and boss around. Poor Q...she puts up with so much!

A day for "accidents"

Today I smacked into a piece of metal sticking out from my old oven in my garage and noe i have a HUGE ugly bruise on my leg! Then, Reese had an (on- purpose) "accident" and decided to poop in her underwear at the park. When we got home Quin fell while standing at her little toy piano and her face smacked into the wall splitting her lip and smearing blood down the wall, her shirt (white, of course) and all over the carpet. Poor baby, her lip is all swollen...she kind of looks like we gave her collagen injections. It was a traumatic day!
